Very Professional and Courteous
So, I'm not going to lie; having a vehicle towed in the middle of the night sucks. I was ticked.. who wouldn’t be? Here is the thing though: I was towed because I broke a rule. It's a tough one to take, but you just have to admit when you are wrong. Jay(Fly, Eagles Fly 🦅 )was polite and cooperative. I have nothing but positive things to say about the man. He was helpful and respectful, explained the rules about why I was towed, and showed me the pictures of my violation. He did a walk-through inspection of my vehicle with me, explained the process, and was highly professional. He even let me use his light to look at my truck. I appreciated the respect he had for my vehicle and for me. It’s a dangerous and challenging job, and he waited after hours for me to pick my truck up. JNJ catches a lot of bad reviews, and I think this is unfair. They are just doing their job. Lucky thing for me in the end my door was unlocked and my wedding ring was in the truck. Someone could have stolen it. So, take a deep breath and self-evaluate. The lesson for me today is don't break any rules.. even if you think it's just a small one. Be safe out there, Jay. -Chris
I happened to stop by a little BBQ trailer (DTzzzz Funky BBQ) on the corner of Oakville Road and Route 235 to see what they have so I could possibly get something for my husband for lunch. I ended up getting something for him. While I was waiting, a wonderfully nice gentleman pulled up to get himself something for lunch as well. It turned out to be my absolutely luckiest day! I accidently locked my keys in my car. When I tried to open the door, I just said to myself "Oh my gosh, how in the world did I do that!" Now any other time, I would have had the windows cracked because I would have been smoking. But since I quit, all the windows were rolled up. The wonderful gentleman driving the JNJ Towing truck asked "Did you lock your keys in the car?" I replied "Yes". That was all that was said, he went to his truck, got his tools and opened my car door within 5 minutes. No questions asked. I asked how much would it be to get my door open and he just shook his head and said, "Just give us a review" Of course that is the least I could do! I am so thankful for that kind gentleman and his assistance without hesitation. I would say they have to be one of a kind as far as customer service! I do not even know his name, but I do thank him kindly once again for what he did. I am so thankful, if I had to call my husband, that would have been a bit difficult as well, my phone was in the car!
JNJ Towing and Recovery came in the morning, on time, to tow my car to the dealership. The driver was knowledgeable and handled my car carefully when he loaded it up on the flatbed truck. He was quick and efficient. He communicated well with the dealership when he brought the car to them. Also, the JNJ office worked well with my car insurance that covers the cost of towing for roadside assistance. I would highly recommend their services!

I was heading to an Important event when my tire blown out. I had no one available at the time to assist me so I looked up a tow truck and came across JnJ Towing I called them up and explained my dilemma and they came right on out in a timely manner and assist me and took really good care of me on what I needed. I highly recommend this company extremely professional I will definitely use them again. Thanks again you guys
